Hummingbird Stained Glass

This is my post on the Tutti Designs blog today.

Hi, Diane with you today.
I have 3 cards today featuring the gorgeous
Tutti Designs die 'Hummingbird Stained Glass'.
These stained glass dies are a favorite of mine
as once done they are the showcase on the entire card!

The first is done by using a black card stock,
then sticking it onto a sticker paper.
A very fine white glitter was then added (I used SNS Cloud Nine)
for mine.  I then trimmed around the outer edge and then colored with Copics.

The second card was made using the 'coloring on vellum' technique.
I used the Ken Oliver Stick It paper,
you stick it to the back of your card stock, then die cut as usual.
It makes it so easy to stick a  die down that has an intricate outline as these do.

The last card is made using a Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Tag die
and Ken Oliver Color Burst powders.
Love this stuff as no two are ever created alike!
I used the Nesting Stitched Rectangles for the sentiment.

Dies used in my cards:

These are really gorgeous, Diane! Are you using the Stick-it paper like SAS in the second card? Love the detail of the dies.

You just reminded me how I love these stained glass dies. Really, this shopping bug has to get out of my system for a while, but I added more to my wish list. The glitter and the vellum... can't decide which I love best, but I guess it's okay to love them all!
