It's A Girl Thing

I must be in a 'Spring' mood as I have a bright and cheerful
card today all full of yellow sunshine colors!!

This card was made for our Design Team blog post at
where the entire team comes together to show
all our creativity in one place!

This time we are focusing on either
or

Well obviously I chose the All About Girls,
reason being is I still owe my granddaughter a birthday gift
from February, BAD grandma, I know,
but she is home schooled so busy during the days,
evenings are spent at dance rehearsal
and weekends are dance competitions,
so it is kind of hard to catch
up with her.

This bright card should make her happy
and she has informed me she has every card I have ever made her,
so better yet, I know she will treasure it!!

I fussy cut each piece and added a Stardust pen around each flower and
on the bow and lace of the dress,
and added gems to all flowers!
I hardly use gems any more due to the use of my Nuvo Drops,
so these came out my stash container full of gems/pearls!
Lots of 'sparkle' IRL!

The little gingham bow is just a small snippet
leftover and in my ziploc stash of pieces.

This set had oodles and I mean oodles
of printables to use for
a girl in your life...and it is all so cute!!

Make sure to pop on over to
The Cutting Cafe blog on March 7th in the afternoon,
to see all the talent there.
Leave a comment while there and you could be the next winner
of three cut files or printable files of your own choosing!!

So, soooo adorable! The yellow and white with fun flowers and the whole girly outfit -- love! Reminds me of a little girl's Easter outfit. I always had patent leather shoes and white lacy ruffled ankle socks. Your gingham bow is so perfect and I love the large sentiment with all the different colors. Your granddaughter will love it, too! Kinda wish I had that purse for myself, tee hee!

A darling card design and I am loving all the yellow! For some reason I am gravitating more to yellow these days too. I think it warms my soul and me also with it's brightness.
