Beautiful Blossoms has a beautiful inspiration photo for May.
I love it as May was my Mom's birthday month and
Lily of The Valley is the May flower and I always made
her a lily of the valley card for her birthday.
She will have been gone eight years this year and not a day goes by
that I don't miss her!
You can create any kind of blooms, this is just for inspiration!
So, naturally I had to create a Lily of the Valley card using an older die
from Tutti Designs. After die cutting I colored it in with my Copics.
The underneath piece is a leftover negative from an order I had
to make a dozen cards for, and thought it would make the perfect backdrop
for my flowers. The sentiment is Altenew.

Hope to see you over at Beautiful Blossoms,
check out all the pretty inspiration from the Design Team while there.

What a fabulous mood board and your card depicts it beautifully! Well done! Your mom would have LOVED this card!
ReplyDeleteSimply Gorgeous!! I love the clean and simple card design with the flowers as the main focal point! You can't deny they are simply elegant! The perfect die cut to use :) I love the bold blue cardstock and the soft greens on the flower. They both pop nicely off the card :)
ReplyDeleteYour old Lily of the Valley die has still got it! Such a pretty card and a nice sentiment. I've been tidying up and consolidating my die collection, and in the process I ended up making some cards with the oldies. I still love them!
