Mother's Day Card

Very simple but pretty card which I wish showed
the embossing panel more in the photo as it is so detailed!

I once again used a Tutti Designs die,
this one being Flower Orchestra Corner.

I embossed   a 'with love' sentiment  in white and added a few gems to the flower centers.
A pretty easy card to mail!!!

Balloon Birthday Shaker Card

Cute little birthday card shaker card
for our granddaughters 11th birthday.

I used a few neon papers for this hoping it would appeal
to an eleven year old.

Pretty simple little shaker using
two of the Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Squares
(one inside the other)
to give me the frame for the outside shaker window.

The inside of the shaker is filled with happy birthday confetti,
some I received years ago with an order I placed at a party store.
(it paid off to keep it..lol)

The balloons are a Tutti Designs Balloon Corner die,
perfect for this little shaker.

Two Way Open Card

This is my card on the Sparkle N Sprinkle blog today.
All details of how it was created can be found on the SNS blog.

For my card I used the Happy Flowers stamp set for both the flower image and the sentiment.
The 'bloom' sentiment was first stamped with Versamark
then embossed with Key Lime embossing powder.
I added Nuvo Crystal Drops in Dandelion Yellow and Apple Green
around the edge of the scallops.

This is the first way it opens.  I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink,
then using  Sakura glue pen, added Sunny Daze glitter to the flowers,
and Spirited Green glitter to the leaves and Margarita glitter on the grass edge.

This is the second way it opens to show the inside sentiment.
The sentiment was stamped with Versamark
then embossed with Cerulean embossing powder.

It's Your Day

I have a fun card to share today using a cut file from The Cutting Cafe
This file is full of goodies to choose from,
pop on over with the link I provided and see what all you get!

I used the small Pinwheel from the set and one of the banner sentiments.

I made my card rather girlie as I have several girlie birthdays
coming up this summer.

I used gingham paper and a pretty paper doily
that was sent to me from my UK friend Ros...thank you Ros!
These come in so handy when in need of a quick add on!

Tomorrow on the 7th is the day that the entire
Cutting Cafe team comes together on the blog
with all our creations in one place to 'ooh and aah' over!
Make sure and take a peek and leave a comment
as you could win 3 cut files of your own!

Birdhouse Garden

We have a small window of sun today...yippee!!
However, I will still be in my creative room today
as I haven't been able to create for a few days
due to my hubby's birthday and my Mom's birthday luncheon
my sister and I put on.
I have been exhausted, I tell ya!!

Today I have a card using the Tutti Designs Birdhouse Garden die.

It was another pretty easy card which I made a square this time
(the die is pretty big).
I used a pretty Spring green designer paper
and a Spellbinders scalloped circle die which I embossed with clouds,
then the birdhouses with tiny bows on each.
Should be an easy mailer with just a piece of cardboard
or bubble wrap on top to protect those bows!!

Thanks for visiting, now I have a lot of catching up to
do on commenting on YOUR blogs
and have my cuppa caffeine sitting right here as I get to work!

Blue and Yellow

I am back again today with another card using the same die
I used for my card on Thursday.
but in a different way, this time in blue and yellow.

The die is once again Tutti Designs Lily of The Valley Bunch.
The paper is a pretty soft and dreamy blue from Wild Rose Studio.
I also used a Stitched Hillside die from Lawn Fawn
and added tiny pompom trim uder the stitched edge.

I added sequins and a pretty gingham bow and button to finish.

May Birthday Flowers

My Mom's birthday is May 6th and she will be 90.
My sister and I are giving her a luncheon/tea today.

One of her favorite flowers are Lily of The Valley
which just happen to be her birth flower.
I have tons of them growing in my various gardens
and think I will pick her a small bouquet of them.

My card is made with just her in mind!
used a couple different 'snippets' of leftover paper for the background
with a piece of leftover lace separating the two.

I used a Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Circle die for the background
of my Tutti Designs Lily of The Valley Bunch...so pretty.
I added a bow to the bunch using ribbon from the ribbon club at RRR.
Nothing says 'May' like Lily of the Valley!

To finish I cut the cutest little lily of the valley
image from my Graphic 45 papers.
