Winter In Spring

I have been so busy this Spring.....
cleaning out my many flower beds.....
the days have been gorgeous....
until now.....
my "would be" at some point Hydrangeas froze.....
after last night (and tonights prediction of 28 degrees), I am sure there will be more damage.....
Winter In Spring is just not "right".....
anywho....
I created this card last week....

it's the last thing I have had time to work on....
it is going into the the "Sugar Creek Hollow" challenge "florals"....
I made my rick-rack flower using one of my new "Glubbers" BIG glue dots.....
the center f the flower is a vintage button.....
I have so many new things to use, its a little overwhelming.....
what I need is "more time".....
also wanted to mention I was "honored" to have my card from my previous post.....
as part of "the cream in our coffee" at The Play Date Cafe.....
I am taking a little "mini" vacation...see you when I get back!!

  2. Diane, this is so gorgeous!! I love how you made the pretty flower!! I may have to scraplift that from you!! The colors are so soft and pretty!! I hope your Hydrangeas tough it out. I'm afraid the freeze is damaging all of my plants and flowers that bloomed early thinking Spring was here when we were getting 70's and 80's in Winter :(

  3. Diane, I adore the texture all throughout your card...the peony die is one of my faves and a wonderful back drop along with the doily for your beautiful flower...your vintage button is gorgeous.
Thanks for sharing at Sugar Creek Hollow and I hope you have a wonderful time.
