ReplyDeleteCongratulations Diane, or maybe I should be congratulating Crafty Secrets. Your style floats my boat big time. Your color choices, and your clean/shabby style is one of my favorites. The pale colored laces and blooms are just a few of the things that make your cards standouts.
ReplyDeleteMany years ago (about 45, but whose counting?), I was vacationing in your neck of the woods with my parents. (I've spent almost all my life outside Boston.) Mackinac Island was an absolute delight. No cars were allowed on the island, and it wasn't just because they hadn't been invented yet! I was sending a postcard back to a friend, and wrote that the romantic island would be a perfect place for a "honeymoney". Not only is it tough for me to write coherently, but I find a way of sneaking the truth in too. What a lovely memory of the place where my mother made some of her childhood memories.
