Heart and Doves

Crazy weather here in Michigan,
20's in the weekend and to be high 50's today
and as I write this (4:30am)
it is thunder and lightening out (with rain of course).
 Boots to flipflops in one day...lol!

I have another beautiful Tutti Designs die to share today


I cut this die twice, once in red and a second time in white,
cutting the doves away from the white heart and paper piecing on  the red.
I found a tiny little gem heart in my stash
and added that to the doves heart.
The background paper is from an older
Martha Stewart paper pad.

These dies are so pretty and they would make 
wonderful anniversary/wedding cards as well.

    Great use of the die. Like how you have the doves in white and the heart red. The little gem heart finishes it off perfectly.

    This is so gorgeous!! I love the beautiful doves and heart!! What a beautiful Valentine card my friend!! It's rainy here, too but the temps are in the 60's!! Tomorrow it's supposed to drop and possible snow. Yuck. I want spring!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)

    What a great idea! I have to remember to do this more. Gosh, it makes that heart even prettier. Of course, you know I love the birds and the sweet paper.
