Back again playing in a another sketch challenge
and once again using an OLD stamp!
The challenge is from
CAS(E) This Sketch
I started out by using a die I saw on another blog last year
and 'just had to have'.
It die cuts out the center , using Distress Oxide Ink Faded Jeans,
I inked a background, then spritzed with water.
The stamp is 'stampcraft' Rubber Ducky.....
just something that has been in my stash for years.
Gosh, I have so many fabulous stamp sets, new and old,
but I can't seem to help myself wanting to use these old ones for some reason.
The sentiment is from a My Minds Eye set.
I added 'The Robin's Nest Dew Drops 'Water" to finish.
Entering the following challenges:

ReplyDeleteOh, my, you really did great with this sketch! That die is on my wish list along with many, many others. Love how it works for the sketch. Clever! Your oxide ink background turned out really nice, and I love the Dew Drops with the ducky in water. I'm making myself use my new stuff this week, but at the same time I keep wanting to reach for some older stamps. Something to do with comfortable old friends, maybe.
