I have a monster/huge stash of gorgeous design papers and
sometimes they just need to take center stage don't you think?
That's what I did today.
I love this beautiful paper from Anna Griffin
that has been sitting around forever!
It is The Rose Collection from 2016...yep THAT long!

I just added it to a black card base
then cut the 'thinking of you' from my very neglected Cricut!
I used a Sue Wilson die and popped up two little birdies.
I kind of like how this turned out and an easy mailer at that!

ReplyDeleteThat's some gorgeous paper, and the large, bold sentiment really works with it. Absolutely beautiful card, Diane! I totally agree that the paper should be the star sometimes. You simply can't cover this up. I'm pretty sure a lot of my paper is older than this, tsk tsk.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. The paper is what caught my eye, I thought at first you had colored it and all I could think was WOW! But I can still say that for the paper. I love Anna Griffin papers.

ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely! I love the back against that beautiful paper... You know since I had to resign from my group... I haven't used the Silhouette at all! It just sits collecting dust Lol!
