Happy Thoughts

 


Middle of the month and that means it's time for a new challenge
at Dies R Us and as always our theme is ANYTHING GOES!

To me February is a month dedicated to hearts
so that is where I went today, 'Heartland'! 

I purchased this pretty Poppystamps Round About Heart die
awhile back and this is the first time I have used it.
I cut it from a a piece of  plain white cardstock then added a
piece of pretty designer paper underneath cut with a Tutti Design nested circle,
it fit perfectly under it!


Here is a close up, isn't it a pretty die?

For the sentiment I cut a rectangle from Tutti Designs Nested Rectangles
then stamped my sentiment (Pink Fresh Studio) and
die cut just a small portion of the Round About die
clipping off a few hearts to add!

Dies R Us now has a sister store with warehouses in the USA and Canada called Didi Crafts.  

It will ship to both the US and Canada.  Didi Crafts will carry some of the same products as DRU, but most will be different.  Now our Canadian friends don't have to worry about huge taxes or shipping fees. How great is that!?!

    Oh, such a gorgeous sweet card!! Love the beautiful nesting stitched circle! And, very pretty paper for the background and wonderful sentiment stamped on the gingham paper!!

    Oh, my word, what a pretty die and a perfect opportunity to use some really cute designer paper! I dearly love the sentiment, too. The best sentiments are the sentiments you can really use!

    This is such a lovely and cheerful card. Love, love the heart die. I missed it somehow, because I hadn't seen it before. Love the flowers patterned paper you use in the centre. The whole card is just amazing. Beautifully done, Diane.

    That die cut circle opening with the pattern paper peeking through is stunning. I love the detailed crisp die cut in contrast with the colorful flowers.
