Happy Birthday In Blues

Our new challenge theme starts today at
The Sisterhood of Crafters
and our hostess is 'sistah' Darlene and she has chosen
the theme of the color BLUE.
Pretty easy right, who doesn't love blue?

I used a stencil for my card from Tim Holtz and blue inks from
Altenew, Stampin Up and Momento Dew Drop inks making
a 'blue' monochromatic card.

The sentiment is from The Greetery's Sentiment Suite Birthday.
If you need a fabulous birthday stamp set, I can recommend this one
as it is full of various birthday greetings in great fonts!

I couldn't leave it alone and had to add a few blue sequins.
All these stencils they are coming out with make some beautiful cards
that's for sure, let alone being so addictive.  I just wish they would make
them more an A2 or A6 card size and not the 6 x 6 that you often see,
just my opinion !

Take a peek at all the pretty cards my 'sistahs' have created over at
The Sisterhood, and join in with the fun!

Entering the following challenges:
Watercooler Wednesday .... All Things Feminine (#2)
Word Art Wednesday .... Anything Goes
AAA Birthday .... Two Favorite Colors (teals and green)
The Flower Challenge .... Monochrome

  8. Such a pretty card, Diane! I really love looking at your flowers - rather than our dreary scenery out our windows! Stencils are such a great way to blend colors and you did it beautifully. Hope you have a nice weekend!
