It's time for a new challenge theme at
The Sisterhood of Crafters and being hosted
by our 'sistah' Ina and she has chosen the theme of Layers.
I have to admit I haven't done many layer cards lately
due to the high cost of postage these days,
so I pulled out a pretty paper pad by Heartfelt Creations to see
if I could come up with a 'simpler' layered card!
I used a set I have had in my stash for quite sometime
the Birds and Blooms collection, everything is pretty much from that pad.
I used foam pop up dots to lift the layers slightly.

Gorgeous, you just can't go wrong with those paper packs, love how you have layered this all together and topping the tag with that too cute bow!

Wow, pretty! I have the stamp set that goes with this paper. Was looking at it recently and loving it. Thinking I need to revisit ALL my bird stamps. Your card is gorgeous and cheerful. Love the little sentiment panel. Adorable! A card can have layers and still be under an ounce. I love the challenge of it and thank goodness for my very accurate little scale. It's been a real help.
