A new embossing folder challenge starts toady at
Can You Handle The Pressure
and our OPTIONAL theme is CLOUDS!
Remember the theme is just that, optional,
and you can create anything you want
as long as an embossing folder has been used!
I used an OLD folder this time from SU called Cloudy Day!
I let the entire folder be my background and die cut
three kites to soar through the clouds.
Each kite was cut twice and paper pieced.
The kite ties were colored with Copics, the celebrate sentiment
and banner it's on are all part of the same die cut set from Sizzix.

ReplyDeleteLOVE this card! Your cloudy background is awesome and those colorful kites really pop! Gosh, I remember flying kites as a kid ... was so exciting. My dad could get it WAY out there!! Beautiful inspiration!
