Today at Simply Clean & Simple our OPTIONAL theme is
GREENERY
but you can create anything as long as it is CAS.
Card #1
I find CAS cards quite fun, a nice break from all the
other types of cards I do. For this challenge I used and older Poppystamps die (2016) Sylvan Sprig (berries included). When I add the dates
of the dies/stamps I am always amazed that I have had them for
so long as it seems like yesterday that I just bought them,
where does the time go?? The sentiment is Altenew
Sentiments Strips 2 stamped with Dew Drop Nautical Blue ink.
Very simple, very CAS, but I like it!
Card #2
I made a very quick and easy card also using some 'greenery'.
I had this small square and the greenery wreath (Cottage Cutz)
already die cut and in my 'green' box of spare parts so decided to
make it easy on myself and use what I already had cut.
The sentiment is another left over from my 3D Katy Sue cards.
We would love to have you join our challenge at
Simply Clean & Simple.

Yes, I've grown to enjoy doing CAS design ... like you said, it's a nice break from the other various design styles we do. Love the die you chose. Would be perfect for a sympathy card too.
Look at you sharing TWO cards today ... both are fabulous inspiration!
I really need to work on my CAS skills. It's very refreshing to make the cards and to see the ones others have made. I actually do really like this style, but you'd never know it to look at my cards. The Sylvan Sprig is one of my favorite dies. I love the CC wreath, too. Both dies look pretty with just the sentiment.
What a lovely die, the berries add a really nice touch! I agree on how rewarding CAS cards can be to make, although sometimes getting "simple" to look just right can be a challenge too!
