Hi Diane here with you today!

It seems Easter is earlier this year,
but still plenty of time to order your Easter stamps and dies!

I made a cute little Easter egg hunt scene.
I cut about five sets of Impression Obsession Grass.
This grass die is a taller grass, perfect for adding to the back of a scene.
I layered it on, one over the other.
In front I added a smaller strip of grass using

Now, the fun part!
I used a new die from Impression Obsession
This is a two die set, the little girl and the eggs.
I cut her a second time to paper piece her dress
and a third time to paper piece her basket.
I added a bit of blush to her cheek.

The eggs were cut twice and I colored them with markers.
Some I put in her basket, the rest I hide among the grass.
This is where the tweezers from Paper Blossom Tool Kit come in handy,
to pick up those little eggs, dip in glue and put them where you want them.
A good glue to use for this is Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive.

I added a few little extra grass pieces and bunnies from

To add a bit of color and fun, I cut 5 small clouds from

My little sparkle "girlie girl" is Paper Sweeties Emma

I hand sewed her a little glittery tutu and cut her a tiny crown!

Two twinkling stars were added along with the little Roses!

Spring Lambs

Welcome Spring!!
Are you as ready for Spring as I am??
This is my post on the Dies R Us blog today.

I went with a cute "Spring Scene" for my card today!

I couldn't resist this adorable die set from Frantic Stamper " Easter Icons".
It's the cutest set that comes with the lamb and tulip I used,
plus a carrot, bunny and basket!!

I cut 3 little lambs and added a tiny bit of black and pink card stock
behind the eyes and  mouth!

Every little lamb needs some grass to munch on,
so I added Impression Obsession Grass  which I cut six times!

I tucked six little red tulips in among the grass....
I sure hope these little guys don't munch these up!!!

Behind the grass, I added an Impression Obsession Large Fence,
we wouldn't want those little lambs to escape, now would we?

A few fluffy clouds were added using Memory Box Cloud Bank.

Take a few minutes and pop on over to the Dies R Us store.

There are so many dies there to choose from, all at fabulous prices!!

Don't forget we have a Dies R Us challenge blog,
where you could win a gift voucher to the Dies R Us Store!!

Bunny May Pole Dance

Good Morning my Crafty Friends!!

This adorable Crafty Secrets image brings back a lot
of childhood memories for me.
When we were little (many moons ago..lol)
we had had our own "May Pole"....
it was so fun to "dance" around!!
We also made May baskets of flowers and delivered them
to the neighbors steps.
Do you remember that tradition?
Where you would set the flowers on the front step,
ring the doorbell, then run and hide to see your
neighbor pick up their Spring basket of flowers!!
Love the memories!

So when I saw this sweet, sweet image of the bunnies and the May Pole
I knew right away I wanted to use it!!
The image comes from
I colored with my Copics, and the May Pole has been "embellished"
with a Clear Star gelly roll pen.
I wish you could see it, as it is so sparkle-y and fun!!

The background paper is from Crafty Secrets Sew Decorative CD.
The little ticket in the corner is Crafty Secrets Creative Scraps Easter!

I used some hand died seam binding and a ribbon scrap for my double bow.
The little flowers and pearl stems are from my stash!!

Thank you for visiting with me today.

Hi, Diane with you today with my card I created for our  challenge #76
Going Green.

I have a love for mason jars and I know this
Darice Mason Jar Embossing folder was made just for me!!
I have even seen real jars in this color in the stores!

I embossed it on a piece of green vellum, attached it to my
Cryogen White Metallic card stock with glitter brads.

I cut three layers of the wreath from scrap green paper using
I layered the three pieces, just slightly off setting them a bit
and glued them down sparingly with

The tiny flowers you see on the wreath are part of the
Spring Wreath set.
I used Paper Blossoms Craft Molding Mat to make my flowers
I used the tweezers from the tool kit to somewhat "fluff" up
the leaves on the wreath,

I added a sheer bow and a Forest Hummingbird
that I painted with Twinkling H2O's Autumn Brilliance.

Froogy Prince

Happy Day My Friends!
Can you believe it is only 5 days until Spring?
I am super excited as I know soon these cold winter days will be gone!!

Today is also the beginning our Dies R Us challenge "Shades of Green".
In the words of "Kermit The Frog" "Sometimes it's not easy being green"!!
which is how I found this challenge..LOL!
BUT, once I got going I found it super easy using some of the wonderful
dies and stamps found in the DRU store!!

and not only is it good for St Patrick's Day...
I think it will make an awesome  graduation card, new job, retirement card
by wishing someone "good luck"!  Plus the fact that I live in "Notre Dame"
country (so to speak), I am sure it will come in handy for me with my boys!!

I cut the panel twice, once in a metallic green,
and once in a pearlized white paper.
I placed the white panel on a piece of scor-tape paper,
then fit in the green shamrocks like a puzzle.
This took just a few minutes to do.
When you cut this die, you get an outline
plus separate shamrocks, it's like getting two dies in one!

Once that was done, I added Microfine glitter to the other areas,
just by covering the entire card and rubbing it in good with my fingers.
Then this piece was mounted onto a green card stock.

I am just "getting into" the cute little Tilda stamps and used
I colored her with my Copics and stamped and fussy cut her dress out.
I know it is hard to tell, but her dress has very tiny shamrocks!
I used a gelly roll clear star pen for the crowns,
and colored her shoes with 2 different glitter pens.

I love the sheer white bow with added shamrocks and a flower that
to me, looks somewhat like a shamrock.

I encourage you to head on over to the Dies R Us challenge blog
to see what my teammates have to inspire you.
Join in the challenge with us, there is always a random chosen fabulous prize.
