Time To Celebrate

Hello friends, it's time for our challenge at
Can You Handle The Pressure
where we are all about embossing folders, you MUST use an
embossing folder for this challenge.

We have an OPTIONAL theme of ALL White cards,
but also we are an anything goes challenge so any EB folder is okay!

Last summer I purchased a new embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp
Seedhead Stems and it is gorgeous.  It makes a larger card then I am used to
but that's okay as I surely didn't want to lose any of the beautiful image
by trimming it off.  I love the sentiment from The Greetery as it can be used
for a birthday, anniversary or any celebration.

We would love to have you come and join our challenge
at Can You Handle The Pressure.

Hello Friend

It's time for our second challenge this month at
Double D and the theme is FRIENDS.
We have a friends 'mood' board for inspiration.

As a pet owner and how I LOVE my pets dearly I think of my
dear dog Mack as one of my best friends, he is always happy to see me
and is all smiles with everyone he meets so that is where my idea
for my image came from and also the Penny Black Gentle Thoughts
stamp set which is a new one for me.  The sentiment is Spellbinders Little Hello Sentiments.
The die cuts are Tutti Designs.

Here are a few pictures of my Mr. Mack, Mr. Smiley himself
Yes, we let him sit on the sofa, hence the blanket.
He is eight years old and weighs 68#s.
Look at those long legs!!

He scares people with his smile, I don't know why??

Come on over to Double D and make some 'friends' with our
fun challenge theme!

Winter Wishes

It's time for another Peace On Earth challenge and I certainly hope
you play along with us this year as then you will be so much ahead
for when the holidays roll around!

We have a snowy cold cute and fun mood board for inspiration
but you can create anything as long as it is Christmas themed!

Today's card  uses Northern Lights paper by Recollections (2018).
This pad of papers is getting smaller and smaller and that makes me 'happy'!

I also used a Hero Arts Peeking Snowman Fancy die (2023)
that I have used before but last time I gave him a top hat
but this time made a 'her' making it more girly by adding pinks,
Stickles and some Nuvo drops.
The sentiment is from The Ton.

Come on over to Peace On Earth and have some holiday fun
with us and be inspired by our fabulous design teams!!

Halloween Snow Globe

We are halfway through our year round challenge at
Two Old Bats and would love to have you join us!
As always we have a fun mood board for inspiration
but you can create anything as long as it is Halloween!

I was inspired by the Halloween snow globe in the upper
left corner and let my Cricut help me out with that.
Funny, but I bought lots and lots of new Halloween supplies
the last couple years and had I looked at my Cricut Design space I
could of saved bundles as there is so much fabulous die cuts and print and
cuts there to use!  The Cricut is such an amazing thing but after all my years
of having it I am having to relearn it all over again and with all the updates
things certainly have changed. Anyhow, that is where my witchy snow globe came from,
the sentiment is a very old one from K&C Company, it has glitter all over it.
The design paper is LDRS Creative Haunted Halloween.

Hope to see you over at Two Old Bats!!

You Bring Joy

The fifteenth of every month brings us to a new challenge at
Beautiful Blossoms, always with a 'mood' board to inspire
but you can create anything with floral  blossoms
as that is what we are all about.

There were some gorgeous colors in this mood board to choose from or work with
and I used a LDRS Joyful Blooms stamp and stencil to create my card.
I used mostly all Altenew inks and one Simon Says ink for my colors.
Once all the stenciling was done I went one step further and
ran my panel thru my Big Shot with a The Greetery Aida Cloth texture plate,
which gave my card a completely different look, which I happen to love.

Come on over to Beautiful Blossoms and check out all the pretty
inspiration from the Design Team and have some 'floral' fun with us!!

Happy Birthday To You

A new challenge is starting this month at
The Sisterhood of Crafters with a super easy theme of
Spots or Dots!  Along with the theme we have a bonus
mood board for inspiration.

My card pretty much originated from my 'spare parts' box, all except
for the Sizzix layered labels die and the Simon Says Stamp Jubilee Sentiment,
A STAMPember 2022 set I purchased during one of their 99cent sales.
The paper was in my basket of papers to use up.

We would love to see YOU over at The Sisterhood.

Happy Birthday To You

Hello friends, today I have a card I actually created for a
challenge at Make My Monday.  The theme is to use paper with a pattern.
This Brutus Monroe Butterfly Beauty 6x6  paper,
front and back can be made into a card with nothing more added,
I love the BM papers as they are perfect for cards like this.
I have a bag of sentiment strips from Katy Sue Designs and
that is where my sentiment is from which I popped up.

This is a challenge that like our own Love Those Pretty Papers
that just can't be resisted as if like me you have LOTS and LOTS
of patterned papers!!!
