~~~~~~ Enjoy The Journey ~~~~~~
Rain rain go away....
come again some other day...lol
It has rained nonstop here for 2 days....
I am thinking of going shopping for an "ARC"!!!
But, at least I can sit in my "room" and create for a bit!!
I made this "somewhat" monochromatic card for the challenge at
"The Butterfly Challenge and the NBUS challenge Darnell has
going at her blog..
I am hoping my card meets the "monochromatic" rules...
but most will let you include "neutral" colors as I did (black and white)
Quite awhile back I bought these lovely KaiserCraft papers and ephemera
and have somewhat been hoarding them, why I don't know..lol!!
I have to admit putting this card together using these was extremely fast....
however, it took me forever it seems to choose the layers I wanted to use.
 I also want to mention, be sure to sign up for my blog candy HERE....
Classy Cards 'n Such is having a DT call
 (if you like FREE supplies and discounts, you might want to apply)
there is a fabulous prize being awarded!!!
Entering in the following challenges:
So glad you decided to use up your hoarded papers and butterflies on my challenge as this is lovely. Those butterflies are a delight and the colour of course is perfect being my favourite. Thank you for fluttering by #9. hugs Mrs a. (butterfly challenge.)
It might have taken you a while to get those layers chosen, Diane, but o.m.g., what you ended up with is spectacular!! Everything fits together perfectly and that sediment is so inspirational!!
I'm proud of you for using these hoarded supplies! Someone is going to be overjoyed to receive this brilliant work of art and isn't that the best feeling?!
Thank you for linking again to my NBUS Challenge!! Hugs, Darnell
Fabulous use of some gorgeous ephemera, and I think it works wonderfully as a monochromatic card. Got a drawer full of ephemera, myself, and need to put it on my to do list. After many beautiful days it's raining here today, too, and wouldn't you know I chose today to lunch with a friend and stroll the Wednesday street market. Guess I'd better wear a raincoat!
