I LOVE it!!
I cut it out of a "velour" yellow card stock.....
so fun!!
This week at the Friday Mashup the challenge #166 is
Sequins and Hello/Hi.....
use one or mash them up and use both as I did!!
since I have suddenly acquired a fair amount of sequins
I figured this was a great challenge to play in!!
These pretty little sequins came from Lawn Fawn
My paint spatters are an SU stamp...love that thing, too!!

Oooh, it is pretty, especially with that soft, fuzzy cardstock. Love the splatters behind it, and the cute gingham bows, too!
