Winter Whites at Dies R Us

Today at Dies R Us Challenge blog
a new challenge/theme begins and it's
Winter Whites.

I love the look of all white cards,
but they sure are hard to photograph and capture all the beauty.

I made a pretty simple card by starting with a snow embossing folder
as my base.

I die cut the Tutti Designs Ice Crystal Fir (all links given below)
then painting on glue then  'smothering' it with white glitter.

Here is a closer view that maybe you can see the sparkle a bit more.
A tip when done glittering and it's dry is to spray
it lightly with hair spray, which really keeps the glitter in place.

I also added a white deer from the Impression Obsession Small Deer set.

Here on the links to the dies I have used.

and see the beautiful creations from my teammates.

This is so gorgeous! I am such a fan of white on white, and you have done this technique perfectly here. Using the glitter paper for the tree is genius, really makes the card pop. LOVE this!!!

Beautiful! I love the tree and someday I'll get a snowfall embossing folder. It always looks amazing. Great tip about the hairspray. I keep spray sealer on hand to use sometimes, but hairspray works just as well.
