I hope you will join in the challenge with us this week.....
I would love to "see you" there!!
Hello Classy Friends.....Diane here with you today on the Classy Cards 'n Such blog!!
The challenge on the blog this week is "Think Pink".....won't you join us???
When I was a young girl (longer ago then we want to talk about)
my favorite color was pink!!
Though not my first favorite today, (it's yellow now) I still love the girlie pinks!!
My card was created with some of the beautiful "NEW"
things Beverly has stocked in her store.
My card base is the gorgeous Stardream Fuse Azalea Metallic paper.
The background paper is from a beautiful 12 x 12 double sided paper
by KaiserCraft called "Key To My Heart".
The leaf vine is a die by Poppy Stamps "Leafy Sprig Border"
"Climbing" up the Leafy Sprig Border are tiny miniature roses.
The roses were constructed using Cheery Lynn Designs "Miniature Rose"
and "painted" with TH marker "Worn Lipstick" and water.
The darling birdhouse is a Cheery Lynn Designs "Birdhouse With Lattice".
It cuts so beautifully, that I couldn't stop at one, and cut several for further use!!
The birdhouse is hung with Doodle Twine, green from the "Bright Assortment".
I added the little hummingbird, also a
Cheery Lynn Designs "Tiny Things With Wings".
The sentiment from JustRite "Natures Nested Sentiments" . (A litle hint: these stamps are on clearance, very reasonable...get them before they are gone) I took this stamp and the rest of the set and
mounted them on Ez Mount Static Cling Foam..works perfectly and the set has some great sentiments.
Last, I couldn't resit making a matching envelope from the same gorgeous KaiserCraft
"Key To My Heart" 12 x 12 paper. Aren't these roses gorgeous??
Perfect~perfect for envelopes using the WR Memory Keepers "punch board".
That's it for today...please join us in the challenge, and maybe "YOU" just might be the
lucky winner this week!! Thanks for "stopping by"!!!

Very pretty card, love it. Love the paper you used as well. Pink was also my favorite color when younger, called myself Pinky LOL. Dad even bought Pink and Tan awnings on the windows, now that was pushing it. Favorite color now is Lilac.
I just LOVE this card creation Diane! The birdhouse is adorable (hmmm come to think of it, did I order that die or just put it on my wishlist ...)! LOVE that side border and your flowers ... absolutely awesome! Thanks for inspiring AND enabling me!! LOL
My gosh, this is gorgeous, Diane!! I love the flowers and leaves along the side!! The birdcage is fabulous!! And the papers are just so stunning!! How creative to make a matching envelope!! Love this - it's amazing!! And it makes me happy to look at instead of the snow coming down outside :/ Have a great day :)

Diane, this is stunning!!! So gorgeous. Love that patterned paper and the bird cage and sentiment go with so pretty. I've never been a fan of pink although I end up making so many cards with that color because of the granddaughters. After seeing this though, I think I fell in total love with pink! Lovely!

When I was a kid I always wanted my room painted pink, but I, too, am now a yellow gal. If this card doesn't sing spring then I don't know what does. Gorgeous paper. I feel like I'm sitting out in the garden!
Beautiful project! Love the pretty card and the sweet birdcage! That envelope is amazing!
beautiful, Diane! You're on fire, girl! I've been catching up on your projects and they are all so beautiful!♥
I am so hoping for Spring and this wonderful card makes it even more of a wish! Love every detail, right down to the wonderful envelope!
