Now onto my card for this months "REVEAL"!
When I saw the new sets released for June I was super excited
that two of them were ROSES!!
I have a HUGE fondness for Roses!
I stamped my Roses with Versamark on lightweight Vellum.
(I like to use the lightweight as it shows the colors better.)
Then I sprinkled my White Detail Embossing Powder on
and heat set.
I did one extra Rose for a future use!
I flipped the Roses over and colored with my Copics
on the BACK side.
I know I have shown you this technique many times
and it is a favorite of mine for sure!
I fussy cut the Roses out, then adhered with very tiny pieces
of Tear-ific 1/4" tape here and there along the edges onto a
piece of white card stock, then fussy cut them once again.
I love the soft, pastel look of them.
These were set aside and I cut a circle with my circle cutter,
then coated it heavily with Brushable Glue.
and sprinkled Bubblegum glitter on
(don't you just love the name of the glitter)!!
I used my 'finger' tool to rub the glitter on.
I cut a Cheery Lynn Lords and Commons Doily die
and added on top
once the glitter was dry.
The Roses were then offset on top of that.
For the sentiment, I stamped once again with Versmark on white card stock,
then used Silver Fine Detail embossing powder and heat set.
To me, this embossing powder is like 'magic'!
It literally comes alive once it is heat set!!
The background is an embossing folder from W R Memory Keepers
called 'quilted'!
Thanks for visiting with me today, I am the end of the hop,

Gorgeous card Diane. Love the soft colors of the roses paired with the bold pink background. I now need/want that embossing folder too :-).
Your roses are gorgeous! Love the coloring tip :) great job!!
Lovely card! I love the layering and dimension! So pretty with that soft coloring on the roses. I have used this technique for coloring on the backside of the vellum paper, but not with Copics. I'll have to give it a try! Also the embossing folder you used is beautiful. I just got one of the other designs by the same company (a wicker pattern), and it would work really well with these florals too!
Oh Diane!! This is so pretty. Your pinks work so well together, and the vellum roses are perfect. Your embossed background and die cut layers really work well together. What a beautiful card!
Wow! Very nice! I love the colors and the stamp. The quilted background pulls it all together nicely!
It's so soft and pretty and what a lovely sentiment!
Loving that embossing folder!!! Your pretty vellum roses look gorgeous atop the bright bubblegum background. Very pretty creation!
Ooo... Sparkle... I love the Bubblegum glitter behind your pretty doily die cut and your beautiful vellum roses. Love the embossed background too. Everything on your card looks so fluffy and yummy. Like a whipped cream with raspberries...

I love your card with those beautiful roses on it. And, the sentiment is so wonderful too! Great choice of die cuts too for layering.
Your card is certainly lovely and the colors are so soft. Bubblegum glitter is definitely an appropriate name. I really like that lacy die you used.
Gorgeous card, lovely design and love the die over the deeper pink with the paler roses.
