Pretty Little Mason Jar and The Garden Of 'Weed'n''

I have a 'just for fun' post today.
I saw this cute, cute challenge at
and couldn't resist joining in.

The challenge is "Have a Ball"
using a jar somewhere on your project.

Well, a long time ago I had purchased a few
canning jar digitals
and what a perfect time to get them out and put to use!
I can't remember whose these images were,
but if you type 'mason jars' into Etsy
I am sure you find plenty to choose from.

I also want to share a few more pictures of my gardens.
Garden of Weed'n' as I call it!
The Roses this year are early and so early that the Japanese Beetles
haven't appeared yet to eat them up...
but if you see any 'skeletal' leaves or weeds, just ignore them..lol!

All these Roses are outside our bedroom sliders/deck
and they smell wonderful!

Sorry it's so blurry, but it is so pretty.

This is a Betty Boop  Rose.  I grow Feverfew among the Roses to fill in the gaps.

Same Rose, just a close up.  And I need to treat this bush with a spray.

I'll share more garden photos later.

Oh, how fun and pretty your card is! I love that you made it with designer paper. These days with all the painting and dressing up of Mason jars it's just perfect! Everything about your card is pretty pretty! And, of course, your roses are sooooo beautiful! What a lovely sight to wake up to. The single bloom of the Betty Boop rose is so sweet, and what a great idea to plant the Feverfew with it. That stuff reseeds like crazy here and grows well in somewhat shady spots, so I love it. I've got so much work to do in the garden. I really see it now that I "supposedly" have time to do it. I'd better get busy!

Hi Diane! What a pretty card and fantastic papers. It has such a sweet comforting feel to it and the baker's twine really sets it all off perfectly. Your roses are so gorgeous! I live in a townhouse that has a community pool and the grounds around the whole thing have just about every variety and color of rose you can think of. I love walking my little pooch that way and seeing the new blooms everyday. Thanks so much for joining my challenge this week :)

Visiting from seeing your wonderful card at Dragonfly Journey Have a Ball challenge. Like the digi image, arrangment & papers. Especially like the photos of your Roses. We have Roses in our garden. Hubby is the planter & I get to enjoy them. He bought a Jackson Perkins Angel Face Rose and it has bloomed already and is nice & fragrant like it said it would be. I always tell my hubby that I like a Rose that stinks pretty. Have a Bee-utiful day!
