By The Light of The Moon

Today I have two cards made with one of the gorgeous
Tutti Designs Stained Glass dies 'Winter Tree'.

The first card I die cut from black card stock,
then stuck it down on a 'sticky' back paper.
I added a fine white glitter,
spreading with my fingers until all was covered,
then colored in with Copics.
This is super easy to do, you just don't want to press
hard on the tips of your copics si as not to ruin them
and also as the ink runs fast on the glitter.
When done, just 'scribble' your Copic tip on scrap paper to remove any glitter
left on the pen.

I also added the sentiment from the 'Celebrate Word Set'

The second card I made a background out of the Ken Oliver Color Burst powders.
Added Ken Oliver 'Stick It' to the back of my black card stock
before die cutting.
This allowed me to place the die cut directly onto the background piece
and it easily adhered down.
I trimmed around the edges, then placed it on my card base.
Makes a fun and easy and unique card.

That's a beautiful die. I still have two I haven't used yet. This one is really nice for fall and winter. Love the glitter technique. Really, there are quite a few things you can do with these dies. Very interesting with the Color Bursts, too.
