I saw a new challenge on Papertrey Ink this morning using buttons.......I have been wanting to do one of these "hooped" wall hangings for my creative room...I chose to use my wonderful old Golden Retreiver "Nick"...Nick passed away several years ago after being bitten by a snake and fighting the battle for about a year....she is with her "friend" Andy...Andy is still around...he is a neighborhood dog and roams free....Nick and Andy used to "hang out" alot.....Andy still comes...but no Nick...sigh!

This is a great project. What a sad a sweet story about the sweet dogs in the photo. How awful for Nick to be bitten. So very sad, he looks beautiful in the photo. Best, Curt
