Stained Glass Notre Dame Cathedral Doily

I have been working on this beauty on and off the last few days.....
This is one of the most gorgeous dies I own.....
there is so much you can do with it......
it is from Cheery Lynn Designs and called Notre Dame Cathedral Doily
I saw a video of it on the Cheery Lynn site on it's release day
and enjoyed the story of how it came to be....
and also since I live about 15 miles from the Notre Dame campus
here in the states, I think it had my name all over it...LOL...

I did another of the "stained glass" techniques on it....
coloring on micro fine transparent glitter with my Copic's....
love how it turned out!!!
See the little pine branches??
they are a new release this month from Cheery Lynn also...
they come on a strip in 2 sizes....
I was thrilled to get these as my MS pine branch punch broke....
and because of the problem with the nerve damage in my left hand
this die makes it super easy for me to use....and...
it will cut thru the thicker glitter paper like I used on my card yesterday...
I am entering this in the Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge blog
the challenge being "texture"....you can't get much more texture then this glitter!!
and also  Crafty Friends Challenge "All Things Glitz and Glam"

I wanted to show you the die....

and what it looked like before I glittered it and colored it...

and want to mention I purchased my supplies from Joan's Gardens
thanks...hope you enjoyed my post today!!
