Up On The Roof Top

Good Morning!

It's Friday and I am so excited to say this is my "debut" with my new Design Team position
at the Fussy and Fancy challenge blog.  I am very honored to be working with such a
wonderful group ot girls that are not only very nice, but extremely talented as well!!
I encourage you to pop over to the Fussy and Fancy blog and look at all the
beautiful work by my teammates and to join in the challenge as well!!

Our challenge for the next two weeks is Two of a Kind or Pairs
being sponsored by Crafty Sentiments Designs.

Here is my project....

A beautiful little Christmas cottage made with a
Sizzix Brenda Walton Country Cottage die!

I have to say, this is one of the easiest, well thought out 3D dies I have worked with.
It goes together in a breeze!!
You will see many more of these pop up on my blog, that's for sure!!
I think the hardest part was deciding how to decorate it!!

The entire house "flips up" so you can add one of those little battery candles if you wish.

With the top flipped up to add the candle

This is the side view lit!

The following supplies were used in the making of my cottage:
Sizzix Country Cottage Die, Marianne Icicles, Darice Small Snowflake Embossing Folder,
Cheery Lynn Designs Santa and Reindeer die, Impression Obsession Christmas Icons die,
glitter and "snow" and a small sisal tree I "bleached and glittered!

Entering in the following challenges:
Crafty Calender November .... It's All About Christmas (M)
and
Daring Cardmakers .... Light A Candle
and
Crafting Musketeers .... Anything but A Card
and
