Wild Roses

This is my post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle blog today.

Hello, Diane with you today,
One of the beautiful June release stamp sets is Wild Rose.
I have made a pretty card just by adding a few simple techniques.
Wild Roses
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink,
then colored with Copics.
I then, fussy cut the image out.
For the background of the Roses, I thought lattice would be pretty,
I adhered a piece of Super Adhesive Sheets to a white card stock
and using a Spellbinders Lattice die, cut it out.
Wild Roses
Once cut, I pulled the protective layer off the front and coated it with
Cloud Nine glitter.  I used a Glitter Brush to brush off all the excess.
Wild Roses
It was then adhered to a background paper.
The Roses were placed on next with foam squares.
Wild Roses
I die cut a few butterflies, chose one, added brushable glue and coated with
Bubble Gum glitter.
To finish I stamped the sentiment in Versamark, and heat embossed with
Silver Detail embossing powder.  Lastly a bow was added.
Thank you for visiting with me today!

Love the green background and the pretty glittered doily. The pink flowers and bow are perfect for this sweet card.

Your glittered lattice turned out fantastic and, oh, that pink glittered butterfly! Plus the very cool leafy paper and the silver embossed sentiment... all make the perfect setting for your beautiful roses. Now I'm feeling glitter inspired. Maybe I shouldn't visit blogs in the morning when I have so many other things to do.
