Ragged Daisies

Time for a new challenge theme at the
Dies R Us Challenge blog and the theme is
FLOWERS.

I started this card using  Tutti Designs Lily Heart Panel for my
back drop.  I thought the lattice would be perfect.
Over the center of that I added Sue Wilson Designs Daisy Circle cut
from a shimmery white paper.

The daisies were made using Poppystamps Ragged Daisy.
I had put this die on the Dies R Us waiting list,
which in turn informed me when it was back in stock.
I snatched it up right away as I had seen it used on other blogs and just
fell in love with it!

For the full flowers, I cut the die 4 times, then added PanPastels yellow-green
to the top of each petal.
I did the same for the half flower, but this time just die cut 2 flowers.

Nuvo Dandelion Yellow was added to the center of each.

Tiny butterflies were die cut 4 times, stacking two together
using Precious Marieke Butterflies.
This is a cute butterfly set of 3, all small sizes, perfect for cards.
The sentiment was stamped with Memento Dew Drop Ink Bamboo Leaves
and die cut using a Spellbinder Banner die.
I finished off with a scrap of ribbon for a bow.

Make sure and pop on over to the Dies R Us Challenge Blog
to see all the beautiful 'flower, designs my teammates have created!

This is gorgeous! Your attention to detail is impressive. Your daisies pop and I love how you added some touches of color, but left a lot of the details in white. Thanks for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
