Our new challenge theme at Dies R Us is
Baby It's Hot Outside
meaning we are to use hot colors
RED~ORANGE~YELLOW
I decided to make a fun unicorn card
incorporating those colors into my rainbow!
This was not at all what I have planned on doing
but somehow it just hit me...a rainbow!
I had a fun unicorn die from Tutti Designs
and somehow he fit right into my plans.
I die cut him in white and then a few pieces
in gold glitter paper and paper pieced them in.
I also just happened to have the perfect sentiment
(woodware) that I stamped in Memento
Dew Drop Ink Love Letter.

Because it needed 'fairy dust',
I watered down some Tombow glue
and spattered it on my card, then quickly sprinkled
cool diamond glitter on.

Dies R Us now has a sister store with warehouses in the USA and Canada called Didi Crafts.
It will ship to both the US and Canada. Didi Crafts will carry some of the same products as DRU, but most will be different. Now our Canadian friends don't have to worry about huge taxes or shipping fees. How great is that!?!

OMG, that sentiment just cracked me up! I love it! These colors are great for a rainbow and that is the most beautiful unicorn ever! I hope you're enjoying your time away. Sometimes it's fun to just do crafty things and take a break from blogging them. Plenty of time for that later!
