Peace On Earth Anything Christmas

We are already into May for our
Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge
and have a fun mood board to inspire you below!
You can create anything you want as long as it is Christmas!

Anything Christmas

I was originally going with the bottom left corner but decided to
go a bit simpler and let the bottom right corner inspire me instead!

I used a never been used before Sizzix die 'Christmas Tree'.
I paper pieced each of the tiny stars in, the larger star and the heart
on the base of the tree.  Those stars are not uniform in size so it was quite picky
to place them in correctly!
The doily underneath is an oldie from Cheery Lynn Designs 'Pinwheel Doily',
I am not sure if they are even still in business now, does anyone know?

The sentiment is from Altenew!

Please visit our Peace n Earth challenge to get lots of inspiration
from our teams, join in with us too, you will be one card ahead for he holidays!!

What an awesome design! To my knowledge, Cheery Lynn Designs is now Maker's Movement (https://themakersmovement.com/). Fabulous design and inspiration!

I just love how bright and happy this card is! Lots of whimsy in that tree, and you are very good to persevere with the stars. The pot is super cute and the doily makes a good backdrop. I love the few Cheery Lynn dies I have and was sorry when they changed. Somehow the Maker's Movement seems different.

Love the Christmas tree on the bright red stitched circle with that white doily behind it! It really makes it stand out beautifully!

A bright and cheery Christmas card. Those paper pieced stars look like a fair amount of work to get right. Great take on the challenge.

I so admire your diversity. You can create many styles of cards. Sometimes I feel like all my cards are so similar ... but you always have something new and refreshing. Not only that you are a great team leader.

Sorry to be so slow in commenting but I'm away on my first trip since pre-Covid! I'm busy visiting family I haven't seen for two and a half years. Love your card - fabulous use of the doily in the background, and I always love traditional Christmas colours.
