To A Special Couple

Hello friends, at Love Those Pretty Papers challenge we have an
OPTIONAL theme of WEDDINGS.
I don't know about you but I can certainly use some wedding cards on hand.
You can create anything goes but we do require you to use designer papers.

I started with an old 12x12 paper pack from The Paper Studio called Pearl
that I picked up a long time ago (2011) at Hobbylobby.  It is full of  pretty pearl like shiny papers
slightly embossed with  a pearl like look.  The perfect papers for a wedding.
I used a Tutti Designs Dove Circle, a sentiment from Heartfelt Designs stamped on a first time used Stampin' Up framelets die
and a few pearls.

For my anything goes card I figured as long as I had a wedding card
I might as well make an anniversary card too.
It's a simple card but it sure shows the pretty designer paper well.
The paper is Mintay's Antique Shop.  I used a frame from IO to frame some of the gorgeous roses on the paper, added a sentiment
I created using a Spellbinders Betterpress plate and die,
added some Pink Fresh Studio Pixie gems for sparkle.

Come on over and join us for some pretty paper fun!!

That is one gorgeous wedding card, Diane! Such beautiful papers for it, perfect really. And the dove die is a timeless beauty. The papers on your anniversary card have a vintage-ish knock out beauty, and I love the frame!

Diane, I love both of your cards. It's so nice to make one when you're making another. The wedding card that you entered over at Word Art Wednesday is so lovely. Isn't it funny how long some supplies, like your patterned paper, can stay with us. I'm so glad you put it to good use. The happy couple will love this card. As guest designer this month I just wanted to pop over and say thanks for playing along with us! You're an inspiration! :)

Oh Di ... these are both just BEAUTIFUL!! Of course I love the white-on-white but that floral anniversary design is stunning! Simple but elegant (have to keep this design in mind).
