Make It Monday at Papertrey Ink

It is a nice hot and sunshiney day here today!
A good day to stay in and create I think!!

Okay on to today's card.....
I haven't participated in a challenge in a very long time at Papertrey Ink....
but I do subscribe to them as well as "Melissa Phillips" blog.....
and this week Melissa is hosting the challenge....
I also saw on my friend "Ros's" blog that she had done an awesome card
with the technique and last minute I decided to give it a try...

I have to admit, most of the Papertrey stamps I have weren't suited too well for this...
but I used what I had (maybe it is time to purchase a few new Papertrey stamps)!!

Items used to make this card are as follows:
Papertrey Ink Items:  simply chartreuse luxe satin ribbon and vintage buttons
stamps Friendship Jar Fillers and Garden Variety
Anna Griffin Embossing Folder
Pebbles Chalk Ink
Melissa Frances Vellum Tag Pocket

Love, LOVE how you stamped and shaded the embossed background, and such a pretty embossed design it is, too! Your tag in the vellum pocket with the pretty bow is perfect on the front! Here it is rarely too hot to be outside and I'm getting VERY little stamping done.
