Wedding Wishes

It seems May is certainly flying by.
I have yet been able to get in my gardens
putting me about 2 months behind...YIKES!
It has a been a busy Spring and a very wet one,
and it has cooled down again...but better then snow!

It's the time of year where we see lots of weddings pop up.
We haven't any invites to any yet....
but I have a pretty wedding card, just in case.

The background is from a paper pad I have had for a bit.
I added a few flowers and leaves to it as well as sentiment,
but the main attraction (in my opinion)
is the pretty wedding dress.

It is a Tutti Designs Wedding Dress.
I fancied it up a bit with tiny flowers and pearls
and a beautiful background paper I purchased
from a paper pad at Hobbylobby.
It has a gorgeous embossed design in it and
it just peeks through the die cut dress....
wish the picture showed the embossing...sigh!

Well, off to clean up the 'explosion' of 'stuff' in my creative room.
I don't think anyone makes such a big mess as me!!!

The paper and dress are both gorgeous! Wow! You'll be more than ready with this card. You never know... I thought I didn't have any graduations this year, and then an announcement came in the mail. Sheesh, forgot all about that one. Hope you can get into your garden soon!

Hope you're able to get out in the garden soon, Diana! We have received a bit more rain, thank goodness, and things are beginning to green up normally. We headed directly into summer!

Your card is lovely! The papers are so soft and pretty, with gorgeous traditional wedding details. That tutti dress die cut is GORGEOUS! It would make a pretty bell, too, if the bodice was cut off -- or if it was turned upside down, it would make a pretty, abstract tulip flower! LOL It's a gorgeous card. I hear wedding bells somewhere near you!

hugs,
de

Such a beautiful wedding card! That dress is amazing and looks so light and feminine against that gorgeous paper you chose! Great to have a wedding card on hand, rather than scrambling at the last minute like I do! And by the way, I'm pretty sure I can make as big a mess in the craft room as you do! Ha! Thank you for sharing your lovely work with us at Scrapy Land! Hugs! Sara Emily dT
