Friendship

Time for a new challenge at
Double D Challenges and it is being hosted by Team Darlene.
The theme is
Friendship.
Dar created the 'mood' board just to get you inspired...
need more inspiration?
Then head on over to the DD blog to be amazed!

My card was created using a very OLD stamp set from SU
Friendship Grow 2001...WOW!
However, there is a girl in town that has yearly garage sales and always has
neat papercrafting stuff  and of course I buy,
which is where this set came from... LOL!

I used a few pretty papers from my stash of 'many'.
I stamped my image using the TH Stamp Platform,
which was good as I stamped it at least 3 times until I was satisfied!
I am not sure how I ever lived without that before!

I then used Copics to color the sweet little image.
There are 2 more stamps in this set and I have left it out so I can use them
 before I put them away!

Once again using the TH Stamp Platform,
I stamped the sentiment directly on my designer paper.
added a cute butterfly and called it quits!

I hope you will join us at Double D
and like I mentioned above,
the Design Team has outdone themselves once again!

What a wonderful take on the challenge! So pretty! How is your new puppy doing? Does e behave with all those kitties? I wish I could take some of them... Good job I don't live near you! My son would have a whole house full of them!

Now that would be a fun garage sale! I could have made a fortune when I cleaned out my stamp room if I thought there would be enough buyers show up, sigh... Such a cute stamp this is! It's especially darling with the pretty and cheerful papers you used, and that cute butterfly and fun font on the sentiment. I love seeing all the stamps you've been using lately. You really colored this up pretty!

Oh, this is so sweet!! I love the image!! It reminds me of my sister and I when we were little...except we never had a cat and she would probably be pushing me down a steep hill instead of pulling me along ;) Love the papers, too!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)

Such sweetness, Diane! I especially love the splash of color in the background of your oval, and the white spaces amidst your pretty leaves and flowers - REALLY brings out the feeling and colors, and draws attention to your little girls! I used to pull my sister in a wagon like this! You made my day brighter with the darling sentiment and beautiful card that brought out memories! hugs, de
