It's All About The Twine

Our new challenge at Double D today is all about the
TWINE!
Of course hemp cord and jewelry cord are okay, too!

Look at the fabulous mood board just to get you inspired!

I don't know about you, but I have a lot of twine~hemp~jewelry cord...
a drawer full as a matter of fact, all full of pretty colors!

I saw a layout for this card, similar on Pinterest.
but I changed it quite a bit to make it my own.

I added a white panel
which I stamped a never before used stamp
for the background,
such cute little flowers using
Dew Drop inks Pear Tartlet and Bamboo Leaves.
the stamp is Your Next Stamp Flower Splatter.

I used a bit of lime green hemp cord,
then a Sue Wilson Petite Vinery with a Cheery Lynn Designs Butterfly.
The sentiment is from JustRite.

Make sure and stop by Double D and see all the gorgeous
creations from the design team, they NEVER disappoint!!
Join in with us while there!!

The little bit of green stamping behind the butterfly is perfect for this CAS design. Love the pink and green together.

Oh, no, I think I need that cute little flower background stamp! How pretty it is with your die cut butterfly. Nice combination of stamping and die cuts. Love how you used the leaf die like a butterfly trail. Creative and delightful, Diane!

What a gorgeous card - I love the outline of the butterfly in twine - and the fact that you inked up a new stamp must have been very satisfying. Thank you for visiting my blog and your kind comment - I'll be back to play again.
