Hi Cheapo Die friends, I am filling in again today until
I find a replacement for our lovely designer Carolyn that had to step down.

For today's card I used one of my very favorite dies that was
released for summer and that is the Mermaid.
I think she is so pretty and a great size for card making and/or scrapbooking!
Quite some time ago I sat down and created some panels using
different colors of Tim Holtz Adirondack Alcohol inks, including a gold metallic.
I thought it was time to drag them out and they would be a perfect 'fit' for my mermaid.
I love how she turned out!
If you look closely, you can see a bit of the gold metallic I used.
I added a few do-dads and a sticker wave which I first adhered to a card stock backing,
giving it a bit more stability.

She is beautiful! Honestly, she looks way prettier on your card than she does in the store picture. I suppose that stands to reason, but it's just that your background is so beautiful and she's beautifully cut. Love the wave with sparkles, too.
