Christmas In July at The Cutting Cafe

It is Christmas In July at The Cutting Cafe
and we were to pick any Christmas cut file to use.
Well, I have (had) oodles to choose from
but when my 'puter' died I lost ALL of them...
because my backup smoked too...ugh

But, on a GOOD note, Regina just happened to send us a few
Christmas files a few weeks back and one of them was this
OMGoodness, this is the cutest thing ever and I want to make them all!

I only had time (quick as they are to make) to do one
due to our leaving for a quick 'vaca' again,
so I chose the JOY box...CUTE!!

I used red card stock for the bottom and of course
white for the top, knowing I was going to add a
handmade little poinsettia to the top for decoration.

These are all that are in the set...like I said CUTE!!

This file comes with a few greetings to tie on as well
and I just added it on under the flower.

Anyhow I filled the box with 'kisses'.
Isn't it cute???

Tomorrow on the 21st if you visit
The Cutting Cafe blog
(usually in the afternoon...time differences)
all the Design Team will have their
wonderful Christmas in July creations
that you can see all in one place...awesome!!

Fabulous treat box with that pretty design. The poinsettia shows off so well against the white cover with the cut out JOY.

Wow, lots in the set and, yes, it's CUTE! Your red poinsettia is the perfect finishing touch. Those kisses wouldn't last long around our house. Did I tell you that Flickr deleted all my photos I had stored on there? I had a Pro account, too, grrrrrr! I've concluded nothing digital is safe, even on your own computer or a flash drive. You never know when something will die or get corrupted or go obsolete. Sooo... before we went on vacation I spent a bunch of time putting some of my older photos into photo books on Shutterfly. That was just the few I had on Shutterfly before I thought it was such a great idea to store them on Flickr. Wrong! Lost a bunch of digis, too. Now I'm putting everything in print!
