Pine Trees

and I picked the theme of 'TREES'.

I have been in awe of the layering stamps lately
and had purchased this stamp LAST winter
and it's the first time it has seen ink...bad me!!

It is the Hero Arts Color Layering Christmas Tree.
It has 4 layering stamps.
I watched a video by Jennifer McQuire using
this same stamp and followed her technique
which is on the last (4th layer)
you use Versamark and a white embossing powder
to make it look like snow.

I was so intrigued by this that I created a second card
but this time instead of the just the white embossing powder,
I used one that had glitter in it too
which gave it an entirely different look.

The sentiment in both cards are part of the Hero Arts set.
All products used are listed below.

So pop on over to The Sisterhood and feast your eyes
on some super fun 'trees' by my 'sistahs'!!

Your tree is so beautiful and I love the various greens you used on it. I find layering stamps looks so gorgeous but sometimes my eyesight has me placing them a bit off. But it is still fun to work with them. Yours looks fantastic!
