October Challenge

Today at Double D Challenges we have a fun new challenge
and an even more fun Mood Board!

The challenge is October and
'what does it mean to you'?

Well first of all, my birthday is in October so a special month to me!
In Michigan October is the start of our what I like to call
'cozy' weather.
Flannels~sweatshirts~apples~pumpkins~falling leaves (lots of them)
but of course it always brings in Halloween at the end.

So my card is focusing on HALLOWEEN!

Have you ever seen a die/stamp that you 'just had to have'
but in searching it is OOS everywhere?
Well that was the case for me, but then I found it on Amazon
and I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered the next morning,
Labor Day to be exact .
Problem was I wasn't home to get it for at least another week
so I had my son go to the house and sure enough there is was,
laying at the back door.

So I have used the cutest Spellbinders Sunday Drive dies.
Then they came out with Fall/Halloween to change it up
AND
which I also had to have and you will see on my blog...soon!

I love these cute cute dies.  The main set comes with balloons for a birthday drive.
These dies have the tiniest pieces, but working with Cottage Cutz dies
a lot, I figured they wouldn't be too intimidating
but look at those tiny tail lights...egads!!

Make sure to visit the Double D challenge blog
as the team has amazing cards to inspire you
and of course an awesome prize is up for grabs!!

On another note, did you know there is a NEW
challenge just for Halloween ALL year long?
Check it out HERE at Two Old Bats Halloween challenge!

That is such a cute and fun card. Spook-tacular I'd have to say :-) Loving Cottage Cutz dies myself, I know about working with itty bitty pieces, but in the end, it's so well worth the effort! Boo-tifully done!

I think that this is the best adult Halloween card EVER! It is so much fun, you should mass-produce them, they would sell well. What a Hoot!
