December first already!
Which brings us to a new challenge theme at Dies R Us
and it is Christmas!
I have so many fabulous cool dies from the
Dies R Us store but I had just purchased this pretty die
and couldn't wait to use it.
The die is Poppystamps Floribunda Collage
and guess what? It isn't even a Christmas die at all,
making it so very useful year round!
I have to admit when I first saw it I thought it was a Poinsettia die
but it's not, but I surely turned it into one!
I have become very fond of the 'collage' dies
and find them very useful!
For this card I die cut on a double layer of white card stock
so I could use one as a stencil which would them allow me
to place the other die cut on top of the stenciled area for a perfect fit!
For my stenciling colors I used all that are listed below.
For a heads up, ALL the Memento Dew Drop inks are now at
a close out price, so get them before they are gone!
Nuvo Gloss Apple Green was added to the center of each flower
and I stamped a sentiment from my stash!
the beautiful Christmas creations from our amazing Design Team!

Oh, so pretty!! It looks like a poinsettia die to me! A great way to use those dies, so creative!! Love the pretty colors, too!!
Love this. How great that you show how versatile this die is.
Such a sweet card Diane! How clever to create a stencil using this die. The soft colors of your stenciling are just perfect!
Diane that collage die is beautiful and I love how you decorated your card!
Oh, how I adore this gorgeous card! The die is fantastic and your colors -- wow! It looks perfectly like a Christmas card, but it could easily be changed to a summery birthday card, as well. Love!
OH WOW! This is SO pretty! Aren't you the clever one using a cut as a stencil! Just AWESOME!
That florabunda die is great, but that way you used it is awesome!
Love how you used this die...so pretty! Great for the holidays!
This is very pretty. [Bunny]
This turned out so pretty. I love the soft colors against the white.
You sure did! If I hadn't read your post, it would never cross my mind that these flowers aren't poinsettias. Beautifully done, teamie :-) Lena xx
