Just For Fun Challenges

 Good Saturday morning!
Today I am playing in a couple of challenges that I was able
to combine one card for both!
The first is The Flower Challenge which is to use
your latest stamps or dies.

That worked perfectly for me as I had just received a 'hefty' order from Altenew
and one of the sets were the Fabulous Florets set.
I had seen a card worked up on another blog and it immediately enabled me to
seek it out!

Which brings us to the other challenge, this one being from Altenew themselves!

ON my screen the color looked purple but I see some saw it as a
pinkish color, I saw both used at the challenge so I guess it is how YOU see it on your screen!

I have several of these layering stamps and can't seem to get enough of them
so you are surely to see more here down the road!

The paper I used has spots in it's design and I wish I had been slightly more
careful in my use of it with the spots.  It is from P13.

I also invited my BFF Dar from Dar's Crafty Creations to join me
so be sure to check out her beautiful card as well!

Beautiful card Diane. Love your large, beautiful blooms (they look purple on my screen). Purple and yellow is a wonderful colour combination and I love that you have the yellow striped background for your flowers. Thanks for joining us at The Flower Challenge!

Your flowers are gorgeous! I see what you mean about the colors on the inspiration piece. It looks like the old SU Orchid Opulence to me. Remember that color? I still have it and love it. I've always thought of it as a shade of purple, so I'd think any shade of purple would work for the challenge. Your card is fabulous!
