NEW Challenge Blog Four Seasons

Well, my partner in crime Dar from Dar's Crafty Creations and myself
are at it again!
We started yet another new challenge called
Four Seasons!
It is a monthly challenge and each season will be represented
three times per season with a new inspiration board each month!
ALL the details can be found HERE.

Here is the first inspiration board

I let the board inspire me of what to create and as you see
I went with the top right corner, except I have a mouse in the middle
of my sunflower not a butterfly.

A few months back a friend of mine that has given up
papercrafting (I know right, how could she) sold me ALL her
House Mouse stamps and this is one of them,
am I lucky or what!!!

I recently purchased some new to me 80# Super Smooth Accent Opaque Digital
card stock from Amazon.  I decided to stamp and color on it to
see how it performed, pretty darn well if you ask me!
I colored in with various Copics and added some
Pink Fresh Studio Peach Fuzz jewels, I love those things!
The sentiment is from Pretty Pink Posh Simple Sentiments.
The background paper is Prima Sun Kiss collection from 2012, yikes NINE years old!!

So take a peek on over at the NEW FOUR SEASONS challenge blog,
see our new design team and all the beautiful creations they have created!

Oh, and so you know, randomly we will have a prize to give away
to one lucky entry that played along, you never know when, it's always a surprise!

Entering the following challenges:

I love your card. House mouse is a favorite of mine and you have colored to perfection! I also like that it is a birthday card...something we all need several of. I'm always looking to add to my birthday stash!

Well, I've gone backwards on your 9/1 posts, all enjoyed! Thanks for the recommend about the Accent Opaque Digital card. It's all the buzz on Splitcoaststampers and I'd wishlisted it. Happy September! xoxo

It would be too cute to find this little guy napping in a sunflower. He really knows how to enjoy the sunshine! It does look like the paper performed quite well for your coloring, and I really love the designer paper. It's never too old when you love it. It's hard to imagine giving up paper crafting. It sounds sad to me, but we each have our reasons for doing what we do. I'm loving this new challenge, Diane!
