Butterflies

Hello friends, a new challenge starts today at Double D and the theme is
BUTTERFLIES.

We have a 'fluttery' colorful mood board for Inspiration.

I created several of these Spellbinders (die) butterfly cards quite some time ago
and this is one of them.  I used them for graduation cards for a few special
young ladies. Everything you see is part of the die set.
I love how big they are and make quite a statement.
I also added some gems for a bit of sparkle.

I also was in need of a sympathy card so made a second card using a stencil
and a  Cheapos butterfly die.  I think the sentiment is from SU.

So there ya have it, make sure to visit Double D and see all the
beautiful butterfly cards by the DT, those girls are amazing!!

Two stunning cards today. What a treat!! Bibi's butterfly is just gorgeous with the flowers you used and the second card is a bonus treat for the eyes. The doily stenciled background is so pretty for your flying blue gem.

Wow! Great cards, sorry for the need of the sympathy one, but it is beautiful! Your butterfly shaped card is amazing! Love that it is topped with a butterfly too! Pretty little florals, it is just FUN!!!

The Spellbinders butterfly is a gorgeous thing, and so nice that it comes with all the extras. I love how you've included the smaller butterfly hitching a ride on the wing. Your sympathy card is just right. A nice color combo, and the butterfly is so pretty and delicate.

Both cards are beautiful, Diane! The butterfly card looks fabulous with all the flowers, gems and the other butterfly. Plus, making a shaped card is often unexpected by the recipient. And yours is just lovely! Thank you so much for joining in with The Flower Challenge!
