Christmas Cheer

Hello friends, today at Double D we have our last challenge for 2025
and the theme is Santa's and/or Snowmen.
We have a fun and festive mood board for inspiration with the
jolly old fellow and some fun snowmen!

In the summer of 2024 I purchased a fun 12x12 Reminience paper collage of Santa.
I cut each Santa to use on fast cards.

It's a really neat paper of Santa's in all sizes.
I die cut a Waffle Flower postage die then cut it apart and used some of the smaller Santa
pieces on each postage piece.  These Santa's remind so much of the vintage Christmas
cards we used to get as a kid, maybe that is why this paper appealed to me so much!
I used a Hero Arts Christmas greeting , added some sparkle-y gems and a twine bow.

Come on over to Double D and join us and the amazing design team

for our last challenge of 2025!!

Entering the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday .... ATG
Little Red Wagon .... Christmas

LOVE THIS CARD!!! Yes they certainly do remind me of the cards we exchanged with classmates as kids and even some of the decorations on the tree and through the house ... thanks for a flash back to my childhood at Christmas time!

Look at you with this card and all these Santas poking out from the windows. They are just adorable and it is a very fantastic card design. Wishing you and hubby a fantastic Christmas and looking forward to new Card Challenges in 2026. (I have most of them created already, wink)

Very clever, Diane! I absolutely love how you made this fast card with that lovely paper, but use the waffle flower stamp dies. This is such a great idea! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday for our big annual blog hop. We really appreciate you!

These vintage images make for a wonderful whimsical Christmas card, Diane. So cute! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Word Art Wednesday. It's always a treat to have you play along and share your art with us. I also wanted to say thank you for your endearing comment on my musical Silent Night card. What a sweet man to go get his saxophone and do that. I'm going to guess that it brought that man as much joy as it brought to all of you. Thanks for sharing that special memory. God is so good. Have a wonderfully blessed Christmas.

I was about to ask you where you got those Santa images, and then I read your post. I am so partial to the postage stamp design, and adding those vintage Santas just takes this card to another level. I LOVE it, merry Christmas!!!!
