I saw this pretty Baby's Breath stencil at Papertrey ink and saw it had been used
for a sympathy card on one of their samples and thought it would be
perfect for that, but when I put it my cart and saw the shipping for
just one lightweight stencil I backed out, but along came my
|'partner in crime' Dar and when I showed her the stencil she
wanted it too and a few other things so she bought it for me and then
mailed it to me, now how nice is that of a friend!!
I used some pretty Altenew inks for my stencil, if you do layering stencils
I can recommend these ink cubes, they come in a set of four colors
from light to dark and I have had them for quite a long time and they still
are as good as the day I had bought them. The sentiment is Hero Arts. A simple but pretty sympathy card.
I plan on making several more of these cards in different colors
Hoping this is CAS for the challenge at
CAS On Friday#332 as it certainly was VERY simple to create
and lots of clean white space and the theme is SYMPATHY!

That is beautiful!
OH! And look how beautiful your card turned out! You are SO SO good with stencils and love your color choice. It's so nice to have a BFF that enjoys the same hobby and we've certainly perfected how to enable each other lol.
Beautiful card, love the soft colours. Anesha x
You and Darlene are such a good team, and I can say for sure that you're both pretty good at enabling. Such a pretty stencil. Forget Me Nots make a sweet and poignant sympathy card and this is lovely. Love the wavy sentiment, too. Shipping charges are part of the reason I end up with so much stuff. If I'm going to pay that much shipping for one item I might as well pay it for 3 or more.
So pretty!! Thanks for playing along with our clean and simple SYMPATHY challenge over at CAS on Friday!! Your card is sure to bring encouragement to someone who finds themselves in the midst of grief!!
