Sentimental Journey

Hey All,
My very first challenge post to host as a DT member is live today at
This weeks challenge is "Sentimental Journey"...make a sentiment your focal point.

As soon as I read what the challenge was I knew I wanted to use my Unity
butterfly sentiment stamp.
Only guess what??
In the moving switching of my creative rooms, I have misplaced it.....
Luckily, I found I had an already stamped image of it....
I wasn't planning on using pink, but that is the  ink color it was stamped in...
And I think it turned out gorgeous...meant to be I guess!!

I used my TH Butterflight on the edge die,
and cut various butterflies from punches and dies
from "years old" paper scraps
to add some dimension.

My bow was made with the Zutter Bow It All and some pretty gingham ribbon!!
I embossed the inside of my card with an SU cloud EB folder
The ink I used was SU Melon Mambo...

I hope you will head over to "The Sisterhood" and join in our challenge
and see what the DT has to inspire YOU !!!

Don't forget to go to my top post and enter my blog candy giveaway!!

I am entering this in the following challenges:

and

Hi Diane, girl....... this card is phenomenal (spelling?). I almost thought about using this exact stamp but wasn't sure on the type of card. I absolutely love how you incorporated the die cut butterflies. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Knock me over with a butterfly! This is gorgeous! Love the happy accident that turned it pink. Well, not happy that you lost your stamp, but you know what I mean. I tried to buy this die at our local paper crafts store the other day, but they were out. I think they're ordering it for me, though. At least I think it's the same one. The sentiment is awesome. Gorgeous bow, too. I can never get my multi-loop bows to look good.
