Neutrals

Time for a new challenge at Double D
being hosted by Team Darlene
and using the tile/mood board below the theme is
'Neutrals'.

I made a very simple card using a negative from a die cut.
Just by placing a 'snippet' of designer paper under
the negative, it simply brought it to life!

It was then mounted on a piece of coordinating card stock with foam tape.

A Happy Birthday sentiment was stamped, punched with a circle punch
and inked around the edges!

It was simply finished with a few 'candi's' and a snippet of ribbon.

Head on over to the
Double D Challenge Blog and see all the DT inspiration there.

Beautiful design. I use negatives a lot in card making but I would never have thought to use the flourish like this. Just amazing.

Dang, Diane, I just love how this turned out! I keep thinking what I might have that I could do this with. It's so pretty with the DP in the negative space. You rocked the neutrals challenge!
