Feathered Friends

New challenge up at Dies R Us challenge blog
and it is Giving Thanks and/or Turkey.

Gee, guess what I went with?

When I saw these Karen Burniston cute little Feathered Animal dies
I couldn't resist.
I love the silly little dies that make me smile and laugh
and this one is no exception!

Karen Burniston - Dies - Feathered Animals

Besides creating my little turkey,
(I had to watch a video of his tail feathers as I was WAY over thinking it
and it's so EASY!!)
I added Impression Obsession Wheat,
pumpkins form the Sue Wilson  Wooden Garden Cart
and Apples from Impression Obsession Bushel of Apples.

I placed my scene on a rectangle using Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Rectangles.
It was die cut from a scrap of a shiny metallic paper.
The BIG apple paper underneath I have had forever
and had set it aside to use it up...it's a pretty big print
but I kind of like it underneath!!

Here are all the links for the dies I have used!

Take a visit to the Dies R Us challenge blog
and see all the pretty creations from the DT.

This is one of those cards that makes me smile. I love the little scene you have created with the wheat and that cute turkey.

Your card is perfectly whimsical and adorable Diane! I fell in love with this die set the first time I saw it in the store too, but it sold out too quickly for me to purchase it. Thanks for reminding me that I "need" it. :-) Your cute card has me smiling from ear to ear!

OMGosh, Diane! This is the cutest thing! I love the turkey and all the feathered critters in the die set, but it's all the other things you put together as well to make this card so delightful. I LOVE it!
