Wonderful Washi

Did another challenge today that I have been meaning to do for months
and FINALLY found some time today!

I used Poppystamps Adriana Small Curve Border
my first time using it!

I also used 3 different washi tapes I have had forever.
I used to have a lot more but my dog Mack when a puppy
got into a craft drawer I had left open and chewed most of them up
but I did at least have these three that seemed to work with my die cute.

I also spattered gold paint on then when dry
stamped the sentiment using Potters Clay ink.
I have never had good luck with my washi tapes sticking down good
so I ran a piece of scor tape under each strip,
that washi is going nowhere!

This is absolutely beautiful. The washi tape goes perfectly with it.

I hope Mack didn't get sick from chewing up the other washi tape. When they're puppies they love to chew and it doesn't matter what.

Gosh, that's some pretty Washi tape -- something I made myself stay away from because I have so much DP. You added some lovely, soft color to the die, and the gold splatters are a beautiful touch!

Love this card and that's exactly how I adhere my washi as well! You cannot trust that stuff, haha. Unless you DON'T want it to stick, that is. xoxo

Oh, well done, Diane! I'm so glad Mack left you this gorgeous tape for your beautiful autumn design! And way to go finishing it all and then laying down a perfect sediment. As I was reading along, I was holding my breath as if it were me, lol! Even if we biff the sediment, we can always layer one over it, but I know the joy when it works right after all the work that went before that step. Thank you for sharing with everyone at NBUS! Keep well! Hugs, Darnell
