I've Got The "Blues"

Whew...what a mean blogger week I have had!!
No way was I able to load my pictures.
My links were "messed" up....
So my title rings true..."I've Got The Blues"
However after reading, reading, reading all the same issues in Blogger
and doing all kinds of strange things to try and get photos on,
someone finally had a link to Google Chrome that worked for me
So for the time being I will (hopefully) be able to load my pictures through Chrome!

Now that feels good to get that off my chest, so on to my card.
I have a "love" for the Impression Obsession background stamps.
So many to choose from...this one I bought not only because of the flowers, but
when I saw the "winged heart" on it...I knew right then and there I was having it!!!
The name of the stamp is "Lace Rose"...I inked it in VersaMark and used a
Ranger Adirondack Embossing Powder "denim"..it has glitter in it...so pretty.
After embossing it, I stamped just the heart with Memento Lady Bug red,
fussy cut it out and popped it up on top of the blue heart...
added a bit of silver cord, with crystals tied at the end...
a "simply" pretty card!!

The challenge this week at Impression Obsession is "BLUE"
so guess where this is going?

Awesome card using that awesome background. Wanted to come and wish you a wonderful new year, and to thank you for your heartfelt comment you left for me regarding my loss of Shotsy. It was such a touching comment (made me cry) and it meant the world to me. I hope your sweet Nellie is well and you are all doing great. Hugs, Curt

So sorry you've been having such terrible blogger problems ... I know you've been terribly frustrated with it. Glad you've at least found an alternative and do some posting!
This card is GORGEOUS! What a beautiful background and the red heart & silver twine are all that was necessary to really make it POP! BEAUTIFUL!

Absolutely gorgeous!! The background stamp looks amazing!! The red heart just pops!! I'm glad you were able to post...blogger is so frustrating sometimes. I've been having trouble leaving comments...getting everything typed in and then I get an error and have to start again. So frustrating :/

I think Blogger works better with Chrome these days. I use Live Writer and it saves a lot of headaches. Gorgeous background stamp. The white embossed on the dark background is really outstanding. IO does have some of the most beautiful background stamps.
